Step 2 – Allocation of Packages
Our team reviews each profile and assigns one of the available packages. Everyone receives something, with benefits tailored to your market and level of engagement.

Step 3 – Confirm & Travel
Enjoy the B2B Fashion event of the year.

What's your Business?

Joining the Buyer Program is simple. If you belong to one of the following groups, you're in:

- Department Stores
- Independent Retailers
- Store Chains
- Importers
- Duty-Free Operators
- Distributors
- E-commerce Businesses
- Online Marketplaces

Please note: If your company does not fall into one of these categories, unfortunately you are not eligible for the Buyer Program.


 

Buyer Limit Per Company

Each company may register up to 5 buyers, provided they hold senior roles such as:

- Category Manager
- Head of Buying
- Buyers
- Merchandise Manager
- Ceo / Managing Director
- All other Job Role that are involved in buying

Please note: Assistants, junior staff, or members of other departments are not eligible for the Buyer Program, but are welcome to attend the event.


 

Geographic Elegibility

Buyers must be based in one of the following regions:

- ASEAN countries
- Australia
- India
- Hong Kong
- Taiwan

Special treatment is available for:

- China
- South Korea
- Mongolia
- Japan
- New Zealand

If you're from a country outside these regions, you may still apply, but please note that strict selection criteria will apply. We encourage you to register anyway, as all applications will be reviewed.

  • No invitation is required. You can apply directly through this page.
    Our team will carefully review your profile and get back to you as soon as possible with confirmation.
  • Yes. Applications close on January 31st or earlier if all available slots are filled.
    Please note: we expect this year’s spots to be fully taken much earlier.
  • Reimbursement is issued after your order has been confirmed by the exhibitor and fully paid.
    Processing takes place within 30 days of payment.
  • We accept menswear, womenswear, footwear, handbags, and accessories within the mid-range, premium & luxury segments.
  • To qualify for the Buyer Program, participants must be based in one of the following regions:

    • ASEAN member countries

    • Australia

    • India

    • Hong Kong

    • Taiwan

    Dedicated program sections are also available for buyers coming from:

    • China

    • South Korea

    • Mongolia

    • Japan

    Applicants from other countries are welcome to submit their registration. However, please note that participation is subject to a selective approval process. We strongly encourage you to apply, as every submission will be carefully evaluated.

  • Each company is allowed to nominate up to 5 buyers, as long as they hold senior-level positions directly involved in purchasing decisions, including but not limited to:

    • Category Managers

    • Heads of Buying

    • Buyers

    • Merchandise Managers

    • CEOs / Managing Directors

    • Other senior roles with direct buying responsibilities

    Important note: While assistants, junior staff, and professionals from unrelated departments are not eligible to participate in the Buyer Program, they are warmly invited to attend the event and explore its broader opportunities.
