Travel And Accommodation Support
Approved ASEAN Hosted Buyers may receive:
- Return air tickets
- Hotel accommodation with breakfast for up to 2 nights.
- Airport, hotel and event transfer support.
- Support through arranged transportation from Hotel to the Events
- Grab Voucher for Airport-Hotel-Airport transportation
Hosted benefits apply only to approved buyers following the official buyer program schedule.
Business Support
Through Magaras Asia, selected buyers attending the event may benefit from additional commercial support designed specifically for the ASEAN market.
This includes:
- Access to selected pre-negotiated conditions and exclusive offers from participating brands
- Support for smaller and test orders on selected collections
- Order consolidation support to simplify international sourcing

Official Calendar Dates
Approved Hosted Buyers may access multiple official events during South East Asia Fashion Week 2026 in Kuala Lumpur.
The official Hosted Buyer Program includes access to:

• Fashion Business Forum | July 9
• Fashion Networking Event | July 9
Additional networking activities and selected side events may also be accessible during the week depending on availability and invitations.

Please note: If your company does not fall into one of these categories, unfortunately you are not eligible for the Buyer Program.
Buyer Limit Per Company
Each company may register up to 5 buyers, provided they hold senior roles such as:
- Category Manager
- Head of Buying
- Buyers
- Merchandise Manager
- Ceo / Managing Director
- All other Job Role that are involved in buying
Please note: All persons involved in the Hosted Buyer Program need to pre-schedule meetings.
Geographic Elegibility
Buyers must be based in one of the following regions:
- ASEAN countries

- India

- Macau
- Taiwan
Special treatment is available for:
- China
- South Korea
- Mongolia
- Japan
- New Zealand
If you're from a country outside these regions, you may still apply, but please note that strict selection criteria will apply. We encourage you to register anyway, as all applications will be reviewed.

SEA Fashion Week is a curated B2B platform designed to help buyers discover new brands, evaluate collections, test product quality and explore future opportunities across Southeast Asia.
There is no obligation to place orders during the event. Many buyers attend first to understand the brands, compare positioning, discuss conditions and evaluate long-term potential before making any commercial decision.
Of course, if you find brands that fit your market, you are welcome to start discussions or place orders directly with them.

Yes. Hosted buyers are expected to attend the scheduled meetings.
SEAFW invests in hospitality and meeting coordination to create real commercial opportunities. Buyers who do not attend scheduled meetings may lose hosted benefits or future access to SEAFW buyer programs.

The suggested flights are simply recommendations selected to help buyers optimize timing and logistics during the event week. If you prefer a different airline, schedule or airport, you are free to book your flight independently.
In this case, SEA Fashion Week can reimburse part of your flight cost up to the following maximum amounts:

Flight support is not automatic. It depends on the buyer’s city, profile, business relevance and approved travel plan.
SEAFW may define specific supported flights or a maximum travel contribution for each city.
Buyers who choose different flight options, premium fares, additional luggage, extended stays or non-approved routes may be responsible for any additional cost.

Buyers based in Kuala Lumpur and surrounding areas should apply through the KL Buyer Pass, not the ASEAN Hosted Buyer Program.
The ASEAN Hosted Buyer Program is mainly designed for buyers travelling from other cities or countries within Southeast Asia.

Selected ASEAN Hosted Buyers may receive hotel accommodation with breakfast for up to 2 nights.
The standard supported stay is connected to the official buyer program from July 7 to July 9, 2026.
Additional nights are not automatically covered unless confirmed in writing by SEAFW.

Yes, buyers may extend their stay in Kuala Lumpur.
However, SEAFW hospitality support is limited to the approved hosted buyer program conditions. Additional nights, personal activities or extended travel plans may be at the buyer’s own cost unless otherwise confirmed in writing.
If the buyer want to stay in the same hotel, SEAFW buyer team will communicate the night rates.
