SEA Fashion Week is a curated B2B platform designed to help buyers discover new brands, evaluate collections, test product quality and explore future opportunities across Southeast Asia.

There is no obligation to place orders during the event. Many buyers attend first to understand the brands, compare positioning, discuss conditions and evaluate long-term potential before making any commercial decision.

Of course, if you find brands that fit your market, you are welcome to start discussions or place orders directly with them.

SEAFW may support selected flight options for approved ASEAN Hosted Buyers.

Flight support is not automatic. It depends on the buyer’s city, profile, business relevance and approved travel plan.

SEAFW may define specific supported flights or a maximum travel contribution for each city.

Buyers who choose different flight options, premium fares, additional luggage, extended stays or non-approved routes may be responsible for any additional cost.

Yes. Hosted buyers are expected to attend the scheduled meetings.

SEAFW invests in hospitality and meeting coordination to create real commercial opportunities. Buyers who do not attend scheduled meetings may lose hosted benefits or future access to SEAFW buyer programs.

The suggested flights are simply recommendations selected to help buyers optimize timing and logistics during the event week. If you prefer a different airline, schedule or airport, you are free to book your flight independently.

Buyers based in Kuala Lumpur and surrounding areas should apply through the KL Buyer Pass, not the ASEAN Hosted Buyer Program.

The ASEAN Hosted Buyer Program is mainly designed for buyers travelling from other cities or countries within Southeast Asia.

Eligible countries include Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam, Philippines, Cambodia, Laos, Brunei, Myanmar and Malaysia outside Kuala Lumpur.

Applications are reviewed individually based on buyer profile and business relevance.

Yes, buyers may extend their stay in Kuala Lumpur.

However, SEAFW hospitality support is limited to the approved hosted buyer program conditions. Additional nights, personal activities or extended travel plans may be at the buyer’s own cost unless otherwise confirmed in writing.

If the buyer want to stay in the same hotel, SEAFW buyer team will communicate the night rates.

Selected hosted buyers may receive transfer support between the airport, hotel and official SEAFW event locations.

Transfers may be arranged directly by SEAFW or supported through Grab vouchers, depending on the schedule and buyer profile.

Transfer support applies only to official program movements and does not cover personal trips.

Yes.

Buyers may attend only the days that fit their schedule. However, we strongly recommend attending both trade fair days in order to maximize meetings, networking opportunities and brand discovery.

Partially yes.

Our team works on buyer-brand matchmaking before the event to facilitate relevant introductions and optimize your schedule. At the same time, buyers are also free to independently explore the event and connect with additional brands during the trade fair.

No. There is a paid ticket for general admission but SEA Fashion Week is primarily a professional B2B trade platform reserved for buyers, retailers, distributors, department stores, fashion professionals, media and selected industry guests.
